Raspberry Peach Smoothie

What’s more summery than berries and stone fruit? This tangy-sweet magenta smoothie made with some of the Bay Area’s favorite summer delights will keep you cool all season long.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and chopped
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice, plus more if needed

Instructions

Raspberry Peach Smoothie

Serves 2

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, in the order listed

2. Blend at high speed for about 45 seconds, until smooth, adding another splash orange juice if needed.

3. Pour into glasses and serve right away.
