Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4 green cardamom pods
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 bags or servings of tea (Darjeeling or Assam black tea)

Instructions

Bring the water and milk to a boil in a deep saucepan.

As soon as it begins to bubble (careful not to let it boil over), remove from heat.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and steep for 4 minutes.

Strain into a warmed teacup and enjoy!
