At Edible Silicon Valley, we know that spring signals new growth, new flavors and new beginnings. It’s also the time to focus our attention on saving our planet and improving the health of our food and food systems, from the ground up. We hope this Fresh from the Farm issue helps you dig a little deeper into the relationship between your food choices and the impact they have on the planet—and on your health. 

This issue is both a delicious read that highlights our Bay Area farms and farm stars and a timely call to action for us all.
