- 2 ounces dried hibiscus flowers (also called flor de Jamaica)
- 4 cups boiling water
- ½ cup agave nectar (or more to taste)
Combine the hibiscus flowers and water in a heat-proof bowl or glass measuring cup. Steep for 2 hours. Cool to room temperature.
Strain into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Stir in the agave nectar, then chill until ready to use. Dilute with 1 part water for serving.
