Out of the basket and onto the plate—simple recipes to make the most of incredible, edible eggs.

It’s hard to think of a more nutritious, satisfying food than the egg. I always have at least a dozen in my fridge, and I rely on them for simple, protein-packed snacks and meals. According to healthline.com, most adults can safely eat up to three eggs a day with no effect on total or “bad” cholesterol and, in fact, eating eggs daily raises blood levels of lutein and zeaxanthin, important antioxidants for defending against free radicals. Even better, eating omega-3 enriched eggs can actually lower blood triglycerides. They really are incredible.

Make these recipes as one-offs or all together for an egg-stravaganza of a lunch or brunch. Egg-cellent!
