Congratulations to the Santa Clara County Farm Bureau for an amazing job on it's inaugural farm-to-table harvest dinner at Uesugi Farm. Edible Silicon Valley was honored to be part of the event, among all of the Santa Clara County farmers, vintners, brewers and community who were present to contribute and take part in this special evening. Thank you to the Epicurean Group for generously donating their time and expert culinary skills to create a truly fresh, delicious and local meal. From figs, persimmons and pumpkins to potatoes and steer (from head to tail), we celebrated the bounty of this region. Thank you also to Meyer Appliance, Gordon Biersch and all of the other donors for participating in the event and helping the Farm Bureau raise funds to help support their important work. We are looking forward to the next one already!
