About this recipe

Throwing a summer party? Your guests will undoubtedly be delighted when you walk out with a tray full of edible floral pops made with a combination of your favorite colorful edible flowers. You can even add fresh herbs like mint—which adds to the flavor and look. These can be made simply with coconut water (and a little honey or lemon juice). You’ll want to keep the mixture light and clear so the flowers can show off. For adult parties, try a boozy champagne and elderflower combo instead.

Instructions

Simply add a few flowers or herbs into your frozen pop mold, pour in the blended liquid, freeze for an hour, add sticks and then freeze until hard (at least four hours.)
