Call of the Wild Cocktail

Pour ingredients into a shaker and shake. Pour in an old fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with a baked apple.


  • 2 ounces Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 1 ounce cinnamon pear jam
  • ½ ounce apple ice wine
  • ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bar spoon allspice dram
