2012 Estate Syrah – Accolades: 91 Points, Wine Enthusiast; 91 Points, Blue Lifestyle; 91 Points, Tasting Panel Magazine; 91 Points, SOMM Journal. This estate Syrah is rich and concentrated with lots of dark blackberry. The palate is full of cola, black plums and dark cherry with an undertone of smoke and cloves. With bolder tannins, this Syrah is versatile for either aging or immediate enjoyment.
2013 Cabernet Sauvignon – This is Cabernet Sauvignon is great for cocktail hour and also pairs well with many fine foods. This versatility comes from bold yet smooth tannin structure, great fruit flavors, nicely balanced acidity and excellent mouth feel. Fruit flavors of cherry, blueberry and cassis with notes of clove and black licorice make this wine great to pair with savory foods. This wine is great to enjoy now or over the next seven to 10 years.
2012 Estate Merlot – A ruby black color shimmers while expressive aromas of boysenberry, plum skin, clove and a hit of nutmeg open up in the glass. A medium- to full-bodied mouthfeel is balanced with smooth tannins and balanced acidity. Flavors of red apple dance on the palate followed by a lingering finish of black plums and hints of peppercorn.
