Featured Wines:

2013 Chardonnay – Accolades: 90 points, Wine Enthusiast. Aromas of pear, crisp green apples and lemon zest lead into a palate that includes those pears, Granny Smith apples and lychee with a splash of citrus around the edges. Perfect for summer sipping and beyond!

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, George’s Vineyard – Accolades: 94 points, Wine Enthusiast. A rich garnet in the glass leads to aromas of plums, fleshy red stone fruit and nice pipe tobacco. Velvety Bing cherries, accompanied by notes of cassis and a little ground pepper on the edge, grace the palate, which all lead into a soft, pleasing finish.

2011 Test Pilot F-86 Sabre Jet – This Bordeaux-style blend pours a pretty garnet wine. An inviting nose of plums, cherries and berries leads into a lovely palate of bright cherries, red currants and plums, plus the nuance of cedar trees, before a bright, lingering finish. Test Pilot is a series of labels for our limited production blends that honors founding winemaker and NASA test pilot George Cooper.
