Wine Blending - International Culinary Center

Play winemaker for the evening! Somm School Social hosts Phil McKenney, founder of VinoBlends and The Wine Gent, who will lead participants in a unique wine-blending class. Guests will taste 100% varietal, small boutique Napa Valley wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and play with different percentages of each to create your own custom bottle. Finish by making a label and putting a cork in it—each participant will go home with a bottle of their personal blend. The evening will include light canapés prepared by International Culinary Center’s chef instructors. Cost is all-inclusive and covers wines, tools, instruction, and take-home bottle.
