Alexander’s Steakhouse Cupertino to Host Beer Paired Dinner
Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino will host a five-course beer paired dinner on Saturday, August 29 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The special meal prepared by Executive Chef Derek Biazoi is priced at $95.00 per person, excluding a 20% service change and tax. A representative from Golden State Brewery will be in attendance.
Guests will enjoy Kona Kampachi with crudo, ito-togarashi, namasu and frozen ponzu paired with Yoho-Aooni IPA; Lobster poached in butter with miso-grilled yuzu-mitsuba chimichurri with Schneieder Weisse Bavarian Hefe; Chicken Shio Ramen with egg, negi, toasted nori and chili oil with Golden State Brewery Poppy Pale Ale; Beef Cheek Bulgogi with soy, sesame, ginger and matsutake with Strae Hendrik Quadruple Belgian; and a Malt Float with malt ice cream, root beer, braised cherries and yellow peach with Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Stout.
