Ingredients
- 2 small nectarines, peaches or plums, sliced
- ½ pound Napa cabbage, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Best served cold.
