Margarita de Sangrita From Olla Cocina

This signature cocktail from Olla Cocina spins up the classic Mexican sangrita chaser into a green, spicy, pineapple-infused take on a refreshing margarita.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 6–8 servings for sangrita mix, 2 servings
Sangrita mix
  • 1 bunch, stems included cilantro
  • ½ Serrano pepper
  • 9 ounces pineapple juice
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
Margarita
  • 4 ounces Sangrita mix
  • 4 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice

Preparation

For the sangrita, blend all ingredients in a Vitamix until smooth.

Shake with lots of ice and pour into salt-rimmed glasses.
