Rosemary Simple Syrup
This simple-to-make rosemary syrup adds a great twist of flavor to any drink.
You only need four ingredients: local hard cider, cranberry juice, homemade rosemary simple syrup and a dash of bitters. Substitute sparkling apple juice or cider for a nonalcoholic version. Cheers!
In a large liquid measuring cup or pitcher, stir together the cranberry juice and simple syrup.
Divide the mixture among 6 champagne glasses (about 4 ounces per glass).
Top off each glass with about 2 ounces of hard cider or sparkling apple cider, garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve right away.
