Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 seeded and chopped jalapeño
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup canola/olive oil blend
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Blend cilantro, jalapeño, honey and lime juice in a blender, then slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified. Thin with a little water if needed.
