La Honda Farmers Market

The La Honda Farmers Market is now in its second year of operation. La Honda is a very small community, with plenty of farmers and ranchers, yet very few places for locals to buy these products, and many of them end up shopping at large chain stores in Redwood City or Half Moon Bay. The goal of the market is to create a community gathering space, while encouraging healthy eating and promoting local musicians. They have alternating food vendors--crepe and galettes or tacos.
