The Local Beet: April 2022

This April, shower these Edible partners with a little local love! Spring brings fresh news and new reasons to visit them. One big reason is you can now pick up a patron copy of our new Edible Silicon Valley magazine that’s ready to serve your “Spring Ahead” with stories, recipes and Bay Area resources.

We’ve also got our eye on Earth Day and planet-forward eating (yes, we said it, planet-forward eating) with what’s fresh and local including events, recipes and plenty of green thinking!

SHOP. PLANNING FOR EASTER BRUNCH? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

Ready to add some spring flavor into your festivities? Find your ingredients, appetizers and drinks at Draeger’s Markets in San Mateo, Los Altos, Menlo Park and Blackhawk. Or peruse fresh produce and products straight from the maker at one of the Urban Village Farmers’ Markets in Sunnyvale, Palo Alto and other locations.

And for those filling a basket of goodies, be sure to swing by Alexander’s Patisserie for amazing chocolate eggs and bunnies.

Plus, there’s one more thing to add to your shopping list: Coming fresh off the presses is Edible Silicon Valley’s latest “Spring Ahead” magazine! Patron copies can be found at these locations above or other Find a Copy spots.

Lastly, there are plenty of delicious recipes on our website: EdibleSiliconValley.com. Might we suggest a sweet dessert recipe pick? Make an Orange, Almond and Butter Cake with berries or a side of Rose Strawberry Ice CreamYum!
