Slow Food Cooking Class

Based on the "Slow Food" movement, award-winning chef, Joni Sare, will lead a class on braising, July 16th, 6-8pm. The class will consist of three teams making three different braised dishes: Coq au Vin (French), Butter Chicken (Indian), and Black Pepper Tofu (Yotam Ottolenghi). At the end of the class we’ll share a meal, tasting what each team created. $75. Space is limited. RSVP required.
