The Science of Wine: Plant, Fungus, and Man in Collaboration

What is the natural history of wine? What organisms participate in the wine-making process? Why do we continue to use 14th century technology in winemaking?

Join us for a wine tasting, and winery tour, and learn all about The Science of Wine, from Len Lehman, the co-owner of Portola Vineyards. The event will take place outside.

All proceeds from this event will fund experiential science lessons for underserved kids. Science is Elementary is a 501c3 non-profit.
