We will be serving brunch from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM
A Three-course Easter Brunch from Chef Yu Min Lin with main course choices of:
King Salmon (Wild Quinault River) with Champagne glaze, radish, maitake and smoked bacon
Lobster Scrambled Egg (Wild Maine) with tarragon, tomato and Parmesan cheese (supplement $20.00 charge)
Scallops (Wild Maine) with peas, polenta and tomato
Grilled White Shrimp (Wild Mexico) with potato purée, zucchini and garlic butter; Iberico Ham Pasta with shimeji mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and spinach
New York Steak (Nebraska) with onion rings and bordelaise
Wagyu Tajima with butterball potato and green peppercorn sauce (supplement $45.00 charge)
or Asparagus Ravioli with parsnips, bell pepper and Brussels sprouts.
A serving of caviar will also be available for an additional charge. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
