Emma Christensen is the managing editor for Simply Recipes, former editor for The Kitchn, and a dedicated homebrewer. She is the author of three books on homebrewing, True Brews, Brew Better Beer, and Modern Cider (forthcoming 2017). She also collaborated on the James Beard award-winning The Kitchn Cookbook. Her work has appeared in Brew Your Own, Fine Cooking, Vegetarian Times, Cook's Country, Edible Columbus, and Edible Silicon Valley.
