Strawberry Caprese Salad

Recipe inspired in Pescadero, CA, where we visited our friends Kaeleigh and Airielle, who run Fly Girl Farm and helped pick strawberries for them to take to the farmers’ market.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4-6 Serving(s)
  • 16 ounces (455g) strawberries, trimmed and quartered
  • 2 handfuls yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 handful basil leaves, torn into pieces
  • 8 ounces (225g) fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces

Instructions

Strawberry Caprese

Serves 4–6

1. Scatter all ingredients on a platter

2. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze or vinegar and flaky salt.
