Springtime is mustard's time to shine!

This spring watch for the swaths of yellow mustard taking over the green Bay Area hills. We enjoy mustard as a tasty condiment, yes, but there's a whole lot more of mustard to explore—from flavoring meats to greens to sauces and even unique desserts.
