Learn how to preserve your vegetable harvest through freezing, canning, and dehydrating in this free workshop from the UC Master Food Preservers of San Mateo County! 

All participants will receive samples of preserved goods to take home and vouchers for free fruits and vegetables at the farmers market, so you can practice preserving at home. Class taught in English, with Spanish translation available.

This workshop is presented by Fresh Approach & The San Mateo County Office of Sustainability.

Workshop will be followed by volunteer hours from 11:30am – 12pm.
