Tim Shaw

Chef Tim Shaw is both a graduate of the International Culinary Center and New York University, where he received his master’s in food and nutrition. Ten years after graduating from The Center, Shaw returned as faculty to give back to the place where his career began. His previous experiences as a private chef (for Goldie Hawn, Star Jones and Rod Stewart) and adjunct professor at NYU inform his teaching style. He joined the New York staff in 2005 and relocated to the Campbell campus in 2011.
