On June 5-7, the worlds of culinary and technology will collide at Levi's Stadium. Introducing BITE Silicon Valley, a three-day festival celebrating the intersection between innovation and food. BITE Silicon Valley encourages attendees to join the conversation surrounding cutting edge technology and its impact on the future of food and our growing population. In addition, Grand Tastings are offered on both Saturday and Sunday, featuring culinary delights from renowned chefs, 3D food printing, solar cooking and demonstrations. This event is the first of its kind here in Silicon Valley and not to be missed!

“We’re bringing together the most progressive celebrity chefs, respected thought leaders, innovative brands and savvy consumers to discuss the future of food,” Octagon Culinary Vice President Caryl Chinn said. “Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area are truly the epicenters of innovation, so it makes perfect sense to hold BITE Silicon Valley there.”

As a magazine that covers the local food landscape in Silicon Valley, we are pleased to be a media sponsor for BITE Silicon Valley and participate in its three days of activities. Look out for our table, we would be happy to spend time talking with you about the future of food in Silicon Valley and beyond!
