The Winter Terrace Pop-Up at Rosewood Sand Hill
Rosewood Sand Hill's first-ever Winter Terrace pop-up event has transformed the luxury hotel's Library Terrace into a cozy escape featuring hand-crafted cocktails and comforting bites by the chefs of the property's Michelin-starred restaurant, Madera.
Sponsored by acclaimed spirits brand Hennessey, the creative new pop-up will evoke a winter wonderland boasting festive decor and a convivial atmosphere that createsa an immersive backdrop for guests to celebrate the holiday season in style. As they relax, guests can delight in distinctive Hennessey cocktails created especially for the occasion, including the 'Vieux Carre', pictured above.
Rosewood Sand Hill's expert culinary team will also offer dishes celebrating the flavors of the season, including the Gruyere and Emmentaler fondue pot, which is accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables fresh from the farmer's market.
