Wallace Stegner Lecture Series 2017: Mark Bittman

Mark Bittman, a food journalist, author and former columnist for The New York Times, will be speaking as part of the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST)’s 2017 Wallace Stegner Lecture Series, themed ‘Drawing Inspiration from Nature’. Mark will share key findings from that project and his thoughts on the intersection of the environment and food production in our state.
