A Taste of Morocco
In this hands-on Moroccan Cooking and Wine Pairing class, you'll make a heavenly Moroccan Couscous with organic seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, roasted artichoke, dried apricot and pistachio, a Lemon-Ginger Tahini Dressing, a Fennel-Orange Salad and a Pear Lavender Tart. Enjoy these delicious creations with samples of the Silver Mountains Vineyards' award-winning wines which all complement the Moroccan Cuisine. In this class you will work together in a fun, hands-on environment. At the end of the night, you can take home a complimentary bottle of wine of your choice!
