Night Out: Rosé

Rosé all day and night! Learn techniques for showcasing your favorite vino with everything from roasted and glazed vegetables to a rosé cherry gastrique. Plus, we’ll show you how to achieve the ultimate crispy duck breast and create a pretty-in-pink tiramisu featuring rosé.  The menu will consist of: Duck with Rosé Cherry Gastrique and Roasted Fingerling Potatoes - Rosé-Butter Glazed Radishes with Fresh Herbs - Rosé and Strawberry Tiramisu!
