Learn to create your own delicious milk kefir and yogurt at home that rival their store-bought counterparts! This workshop will start with a brief discussion of the history, nutritive value and simple technique of fermenting dairy two ways. The instructor will the show you simple steps of yogurt making and kefir brewing and you can then try a an assortment of the finished results including Greek yogurt, coconut yogurt, yogurt cheese, milk kefir, golden milk kefir and coconut kefir! You will be able to bring home your own heirloom kefir cultures to make batch after batch of milk kefir at home. At the end of the workshop, you will recieve a 10% discount on Preserved's store.
