Cooking Demonstration with Laura Stec at Los Gatos Farmers' Market
LOS GATOS, CA…On Sunday, October 23rd the Los Gatos Certified Farmers’ Market welcomes renowned local food author and educator Laura Stec for a special cooking class at market from 10am-12pm. Laura will show customers how to make quick and easy meals with produce from the Fall harvest. Free samples and recipes will be provided!
Laura Stec is a chef, educator and author, specializing in events and products for healthy people and the planet. Her work has been featured at NPR, Martha Stewart, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, Scientific American, and numerous local and national media sites. She is a private and corporate chef with Laura Stec – Innovative Cuisine and Culinary Health Educator for Kaiser Permanente and Bay-Area corporate wellness programs. She writes The Food Party! for Silicon Valley’s Embarcadero Media.
