Are you new to gardening? Come to this three-week course to learn the basics so you can get out into your yard with confidence! Learn about the wide variety of plants that will thrive here in Santa Clara County and how to grow them successfully.

Topics include: planning and preparing a garden, understanding what plants need, how to shop in a nursery for best results, and many more tips and techniques to help your garden flourish. This course includes an optional Saturday morning visit to a local community garden for hands-on experience.

This is a three-week course meeting on Thursdays April 20th, 27th, and May 4th. Cost is $45 ($35 GRPG members). REGISTRATION CLOSES ON APRIL 13.
