Cheese-making seems to be one of the more intimidating and avoided projects home cooks try to conquer.  But don't worry, if you've ever baked a cake, you can master cheese-making as well!  It's a great skill to have and homemade cheeses are versatile and easily customized to your particular liking Love Apple Farms is hosting a workshop that will focus on three basic soft cheeses which are easy to recreate at home - chévre, feta and mozzarella. It's hard to believe that such delicious cheeses can be made so simply, but after you taste your first batch of fresh cheese, you'll never feel the same way about store-bought. You will leave with basic cheese-making knowledge and skills as well as resources for finding fresh, local milk and cheese-making tools!
